1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

Note: Some items (such as swimwear, underwear, and beauty products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Exchanges
